AWACS

A U.S. Air Force E-3 Sentry airborne warning and control system aircraft soars over Nevada after a refueling mission.  The E-3 is an airborne early warning aircraft derived from the Boeing 707 and it provides all-weather surveillance, command, control and communications.

The IFF system aboard the AWACS is powered by the BC-940 and BC-950 power supplies.
