Executive Leadership Team

The Executive Leadership Team is composed of corporate executives from major BC Systems departments including engineering, QA, program management, production, contracts, finance, and personnel that is responsible for all technical and business aspects of BC Systems’ products and management.

Hal Charych is the Program Manager and Business Development Director responsible for all BC Systems programs and for developing new business opportunities. He has a BSEE and a MBA with over 30 years of program management experience. He works closely with the Board of Directors and has formal authority, responsibility, and accountability for planning and controlling program costs, schedules, and technical performance.

Michael York is the Managing Director. He is responsible for BC System’s daily operations and works closely with the Board of Directors and other executives to help the company remain profitable and promote innovation and expansion.

Robert McGrail is Engineering Director. He has a BSEE degree and has been developing military power supplies for over 30 years. He is responsible for the day to day technical aspects of all programs.

Glenn Kurtz is the Quality Assurance Director and is responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance. This includes supplier selection and surveillance, receiving inspection and test, instrument calibration, and production test and inspection responsibilities. He has 30 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Angel Garcia is the Operations Director responsible for production of BC Systems products. He has a BSEE degree and over 25 years of experience in the management and manufacture of military power supplies and power control products.

Dennis Carrigan is the Contracts Vice President. He holds a BA and a MBA degree and has over 30 years of experience in the military and government field. He is responsible for administering all BC Systems contracts.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors determines major corporate direction. Below are the board members.

Stacey York has been a leader in the field of education for 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Sociology from Potsdam State University, a Master of Science in Special Education from Long Island University, and a Post-Master’s Advanced Certificate in Educational Leadership from Stony Brook University. Her career in education has included several leadership positions including Union President of the local chapter of New York State United Teachers.

Erik Charych is a biomedical research scientist with industry experience in drug discovery for psychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University. He currently conducts drug discovery research for Alzheimer’s disease at a global biopharmaceutical firm located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Danielle Savage is a board certified Internal Medicine Physician. She completed her Residency Training at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut and earned her Medical Degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Lafayette College. She currently works in a private medical practice in Rockaway, New Jersey.
